Factually

What This Site Actually Does

This is what the site collects and who handles it, followed by a link to the firm's privacy policy. It is short, and the absences are as relevant as the entries.

What you provide
Name and email address, submitted through forms on this site. Nothing else is requested of you directly.
What is collected automatically
Your IP address, browser and device details, the pages you read, and identifiers stored in cookies. This happens on every page, from the tags listed below, without you entering anything.
Form processing
HubSpot. When you submit a form, the name and email you enter are sent to HubSpot's form API, which stores the enquiry. If the HubSpot cookie described below is present, it is sent with the submission so HubSpot can link the enquiry to your visit on this site. Separately, the Meta pixel's advanced matching reads form values and sends them to Meta — see the advertising row.
Analytics
Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity, both loaded through Google Tag Manager, plus Google Search Console. Clarity records how pages are used, including scrolling and clicks. These run by default.
Advertising and remarketing
A Meta (Facebook and Instagram) pixel runs on every page. It is not analytics: it reports your activity on this site back to Meta so that advertising can be targeted and measured, including to you elsewhere on Meta's platforms. META IS THE RECIPIENT OF THAT DATA and uses it under its own terms.
What the Meta pixel always sends
Your IP address, your browser user agent, and the _fbp cookie identifier — on every event, for every visitor. Where you arrived from a Meta ad, an _fbc click identifier is also sent, which applies to roughly 14% of events. None of these can be switched off while the pixel is installed. The IP address is the field that draws the most regulatory attention.
What the Meta pixel sends from forms
Advanced matching is enabled and sends email address, phone number, first name, last name, city, state and ZIP code where those values are present. Meta receives these hashed. Gender, country, date of birth and external ID are switched off.
HubSpot tracking
A HubSpot tracking script (js.hs-scripts.com) runs on the pages of this live site and sets a hubspotutk cookie, along with __hstc, __hssc and __hssrc, that identify your browser to HubSpot and let it link your visit to a form you submit here. It runs by default on this live site.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets _ga and _ga_<container>. Microsoft Clarity sets _clck and _clsk. Meta sets _fbp, and _fbc after an ad click. HubSpot sets hubspotutk, __hstc, __hssc and __hssrc. All are first-party and last up to about thirteen months. Meta and Microsoft also set cookies on their own domains, which this site cannot read or remove.
Booking
Booking uses HubSpot Meetings, reached by an outbound link to meetings.hubspot.com. When you book, the details you enter — including your name and email — are sent to HubSpot, which creates or updates a contact record for you and logs the meeting on it. The scheduling page is hosted by HubSpot on its own domain and is governed by HubSpot's terms and privacy policy, including any cookies HubSpot sets there, which this site does not control.
Accounts
None. There is no login, no client portal and no payment processing on this site.

Privacy obligations for this practice are discharged through the firm. Its privacy notice is at the firm privacy notice and governs the information described above.
